The Battle of Bel Air is the 15th episode of Season 2 of the NBC-TV series The A-Team, also the 29th overall series episode. Directed by Gilbert M. Shilton and written by Frank Lupo, the episode originally aired on January 10, 1984.

Synopsis[]

A reporter tells the A-Team that Intermode Security has something funny going on. They investigate and discover an assassination attempt on a visiting sheik, which they foil.

Storyline[]

Marla Heasley joins the recurring cast as Tawnia Baker, an investigative reporter who infiltrates a security firm on assignment. There, she discovers that the A-Team is about to be captured by Col. Decker and his men, so she clues Hannibal in. Unfortunately, her snooping has made her a target of the firm's management and they attempt to find out what other information she may have discovered about the firm's planned activities which include the upcoming assassination attempt on the life of a prominent middle eastern diplomat.

Face once again shows that he doesn't mind scamming innocent people; he conned someone out of a helicopter so that the team could modify it. It ended up getting shot multiple times.
